Frozen mixed berries blended with yogurt and a splash of milk until thick and cold -- no bananas required, so the berry flavor stays front and center.

Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen mixed berries
  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp honey, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Starting with less milk and adding more as needed keeps the smoothie thick instead of watery -- you can always loosen it, but you can't easily thicken it back up.

Notes

  • Frozen berries make a colder, thicker smoothie than fresh -- no ice needed.
  • Swap the yogurt for a dairy-free version and the milk for a plant-based one to make it vegan.
